In German, Veilchen means also a shiner, or a black eye, because, after a punch the skin turns into a mix of violet and blue, so in German, they say also blue eye [blaues Auge] to a black eye.
Normally, violets are violet, but here you can see white violets, which is very rare in nature!
And that is the punchline, because you can choose the color of the Veilchen.
